- “Select bot first”: templates load only after you pick a bot. Select the bot the template belongs to.
- The bot is missing from the list: only approved bots can be used for sending. Bots with Internal approval pending won’t appear yet.
- The template is missing: only enabled templates for the selected bot are shown. Check the status under RCS Templates; Pending, Rejected, Paused or Disabled templates can’t be used.
- Sandbox account: you can only use the shared sandbox bot and the templates made available for sandbox testing.
- The template’s type doesn’t match the bot: a template must match its bot’s use case, for example an OTP template on an OTP bot.
