Exporting #
When your search returns results, an Export button appears. Export, then use the file to build a callback list or import leads into your CRM.
Practical tips #
- Use a separate number per campaign where you can. Filtering by Miss Call Number then tells you which advert or mailer worked.
- Narrow the date range on busy numbers; a wide range on a high-volume number is slow to load.
- Watch for repeat callers. The same number appearing many times in minutes is usually one person retrying, not several leads.
- Call back quickly. A missed call is a signal of interest that goes cold fast.
