What are flow categories and why do I need one?

Categories are Meta’s classification for flows (e.g. SIGN_UP, SIGN_IN, APPOINTMENT_BOOKING, LEAD_GENERATION, CONTACT_US, CUSTOMER_SUPPORT, SURVEY, OTHER). You choose one in the builder Category dropdown. Meta uses it for approval and display. Pick the category that best matches your flow’s purpose to avoid rejection.
